SUMMARY:Grunt Club Annual General Meeting and Special Meeting
DESCRIPTION:To all Members\, \nNotice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Grunt Club Inc. will be held Tuesday April 21st\, 2026 at the Bonaventure Hotel.\nNotice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Grunt Club will be held immediately after the Annual General Meeting. The Board invites its members to this Special Meeting to discuss changes to the Club’s By-Laws\, in matters such as quorum requirements and online meetings. \nPROGRAMME – BONAVENTURE HOTEL\, Salon Bonaventure\nCocktail & Buffet: 17h00\nBusiness Meeting Convenes: 18h00 \nThe business of the meeting will be the reception of reports\, election of directors\, the appointment of auditors and the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting. A copy of the financial statement will be available for those attending the meeting. \nSection 21 of Article One of the by-laws reads in part as follows:\n“No other member shall be eligible for election as a director of the Club unless his nomination\, signed by twenty-five (25) members of the Club\, has been presented to and verified by the Nomination Committee at least seven (7) days before the Annual Meeting. All such nominations shall be addressed to the Nomination Committee in care of the Club’s Secretary.”\nAccordingly\, any nominations for director\, other than those submitted by the official Nominating Committee\, must be submitted in accordance with the provisions of the by-laws. \nThe Nominating Committee\, under the Chairmanship of Sean Rozum and consisting of his committee of Jeffrey Fisher\, Jason Tock\, David Mains and Éric Bédard\, have nominated the following as the 2026/2027 Directors of the Grunt Club Inc.: \nYolanda Boehmer (President)\nLuc Sauvé (1st Vice-President)\nJordi Montblanch (2nd Vice-President)\nAnthony Loggia(Director-Secretary)\nElza Adamyan (Director)\nJane Chong (Director)\nJulian Hung (Director-Treasurer)\nTyrell King (Director)\nDebbie St-Onge (Immediate Past President)\nSteven Wray (Watchdog) \nIt is emphasized that the members who have not paid their dues by April 1st\, 2026 are requested to do so as only members in good standing are entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting. \nYours truly\, \nDebbie-Anne St-Onge\nPresident\nThe Grunt Club Inc \n  \nPlease log into your account to RSVP below.  \nOnly members in good standing can attend this event.
